This is a two storey apartment of 60,00 m2. The study was carried out at the first level of the apartment, with a total surface area of 25.00 m2, in order to better manage the confined space including the kitchen, the living room and a WC and to create more storage space.
For this reason, an oak veneer laminate furniture was designed and modified according to the needs of the apartment users. It includes storage areas, a surface that opens to reveal shelves and a table, and camouflages the entrance to the kitchen area, set under the apartment’s stairway.
This creates a variable space, with more storage space, and the ability to isolate the kitchen area from the living room, which used to be a single space.
